ELEVATE WORKSHOPS

OBJECTIVE

The objective of each Elevate Workshop is to empower high level athletes and teams to
optimize their lives before, during and after sports. Our workshops combine didactic
presentations with experiential activities to ensure participants gain both theoretical
knowledge and practical skills, in the areas of physical, mental and emotional health,
spirituality, lifestyle, relationships, and legacy. Our Whole Athlete ApproachTM addresses
the well-being of the entire athlete, utilizing the modalities of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other “alternative” healing modalities, inviting athletes to enhance their
overall health and performance, ensuring balance and success in all areas of life.

WORKSHOP TOPICS

FOUNDATIONS: ESSENTIALS FOR BECOMING A HOLISTIC ATHLETE

An introduction to the Whole Athlete ApproachTM and the role holistic health plays in
optimizing performance in and out of sports. A foundational workshop that explores the
idea that a balanced approach to training and well-being breads success. We will explore Breathing Techniques, Physical Foundations, and Mental Resilience.

REVIVE: RECLAIMING YOUR POTENTIAL

An overview of optimizing nervous system function, highlighting the importance of
neuroplasticity, restorative practices, and mindfulness for athletic performance and
overall well-being. It also discusses the influence of energy, thoughts, beliefs, and yoga
techniques on performance enhancement, including overcoming fear, self-limiting beliefs,
and increasing confidence through positive thought.

INTEGRATE: BRINGING YOUR A-GAME TO YOUR LIFE

The guide provides strategies for fostering holistic personal development in areas such as emotions, energy, and self-identity, tailored to achieve long-term athletic success,
wellbeing, and fulfillment. Key steps include cultivating healthy habits, utilizing
personalized routines, and embracing yin-yang balance to optimize emotional intelligence and increase overall productivity.
