MY STORY

It's never too late to reclaim your light and shine like the star you are.

I AM ANDREW
WEINGART

...and I believe we are all superstars that shine our light in unique ways. Some experiences have such a great impact in our life they make lasting impressions, dimming or expanding our light. It's when we hold on to these experiences, especially those that dim our light, that cause us to forget how bright we can shine.

THE FIRST TIME I DIMMED MY LIGHT

It was a chilly day in December at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. I was 12 years old and suffering from a severe case of Lyme Disease. So severe I had double vision for almost a month and headaches so bad I would cry. While at the hospital, I received a giant ‘Get Well Soon!’ from my classmates. A kind and gratifying gesture during this hard time. Yet all of those feelings were robbed when I read a nasty message on the card. It felt like someone had ripped my soul out of my chest. I felt weak, powerless, and lost. I wasn’t myself anymore and I lacked the authenticity, brightness and confidence that once came so easily for me. I felt this constant fear that everyone was always watching and judging me. From this day forward, I no longer acted authentic, confident, and as bright as I once did.

TRAUMAS PILED HIGH

Though I thrived throughout high school both academically and athletically, traumatic experiences like a chaotic home life, parental divorce, unhealthy friendships, and the good old heartbreak, effected my mental and emotional health. Injuries from sports effected my physical health. Though at the time they didn't bother me much, as I got older, I started to feel the toll they were taking on me. Finally, at age 25, I decided "enough is enough".  The traumas were so overwhelming that they broke me down on all levels. In this moment, I knew I had to take action because the longer I waited, the worse it was getting.

WHEN THERE'S A WILL, THERE'S A WAY

It all started with a decision to be willing. A willingness to be open that it was possible. A willingness to trust and have faith that, if I focus my attention on it, I would figure out a way to conquer depression, anxiety, and stress. Heal my physical, mental, and emotional injuries and traumas. And reclaim my light and power within me so that I could live a life I deserved! It was only when I began to explore the depths of who I truly was, that I was able to truly experience the feeling of wholeness once again. The more committed and patient I was, the more I was building my light back up. Suddenly, life got easier and was much more fun.

WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THE MASTER WILL APPEAR

Shortly after I made that decision to take action in my life, I began practicing yoga to help with my physical pain. Each day I noticed the pain and imbalances in my body improving. What I didn't expect were my feelings of depression, anxiety and stress to also improve. Then, something magical happened. A friend of mine had posted a yoga class on Facebook that, unbeknownst to me at the time, was with a Buddhist yoga master. His name was Andrey Lappa, and with his words alone, I felt my soul come alive. So much so, that it brought me to tears. It was in this moment I realized I found "it". Ever since I can remember, I have always felt a calling - an energetic pulling and a knowing that "it" I was seeking was out there.

GOING INWARD

After that moment I went deeper into my practice with yoga, got a 200 hour teacher certification, and later went on to study over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training. My teacher invited me to practice at his monastery in Nepal. Here I practiced for four months and meditated eight hours per day, working through my traumas and continuing to align my mind, body and soul. I am forever grateful for my teacher and myself, for never giving up on searching for the greatest understanding of myself, the Universe and a higher power. For the next five years I dedicated myself to teaching yoga to students. This was just the beginning of helping others to better understand themselves on every level, at the greatest level possible.

BREAKTHROUGH

My passion for personal development only continued, as I went through a leadership training that ended up being a catalyst for my professional coaching career. Witnessing other students in the training experience breakthroughs and connect to the light within them brought me to tears. This was the moment I knew I wanted to support others to achieve results that really matter, like creating meaningful relationships, improving their health, or creating financial abundance. Because of this training, I have a 10 out of 10 relationship with my mom, and have improved countless others. I now realized what it meant to be the creator of my reality and that everyone has this same capability. Eventually, I got certified as an NLP coach and have supported countless professionals in creating the life of their dreams.

SHINE YOUR LIGHT!

I now specialize in training, coaching, supporting, and inspiring individuals, teams, and organizations. With implementation of the Elevation Techniques, you will transform on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic, social and spiritual level, you will reclaim your light and shine like the star you are!

My vision for the world is one where every single human being remembers and expresses the childlike wonder they are.
